Version 0.3 release

The deckbuilder's getting a new feature and officially going to... Version 0.3!

First of all, there's now a "Print-and-Play" exporting option in the Import/Export panel. Now you'll be able to create 3x3 grids of cards to print out and play with physically.

Second, the search bar's got some nifty new tricks. Now you'll be able to string together a bunch of prefixes with their phrases to get real granular with your searches. For example... Loyal o:"2 DMG"

Will now search for any cards with "Loyal" in name & "2 DMG" in its Rules Text! ...Not super useful considering there's only 102 cards so far but exciting nonetheless and this means that the foundation is set for implementing even more searching options.

There's still quite a bit to go before I consider this "feature complete" enough for the luxurious "Version 1.0" but this is a pretty big step up in my eyes :3 At minimum, I want to include sideboard capabilities, actual "graphics", and somehow make this less sussy.
